Meryl Enerson
President

Meryl has over two decades of experience in interactive media design and development. She is skilled in research, analysis, and product strategy for Web and digital media.

Professional Background

As the founder of Enervision Media, Meryl has worked extensively in both the public and private sectors. She has designed over 100 mission-critical applications, including applications for corporate clients such as AT&T, Citibank, Fidelity Investments, Jupiter Research, Scholastic, UPS, and United Airlines, as well as numerous startups and online media companies. Her public sector work includes Websites and software for colleges and universities, educational programs, hospitals and healthcare organizations, museums, libraries, and science centers.

Meryl was previously a creative director in Citibank's user interface development group, The Humanware Agency. While at Citibank, she directed the customer experience and user interface design of many of Citibank's most successful online services and software applications, including customer service and sales systems, touch-screen kiosks, and remote banking applications. She also worked for software developer Interaxis Corporation in New York as Director of Product Development.

Meryl is a technology correspondent for Sally Jessy Raphael's TalkNet. She has been interviewed as an expert on the User Experience for various journals, including Computer World, and is a speaker on User Experience for trade shows and industry organizations.

It's easy to design for yourself - you know yourself. It's more challenging to design for your users - who may not look, think, or behave anything like you.
